About Us

Phil Murphy, owner of Phil Murphy Household Management, is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (Engineering) and California State University (MBA). He is a licensed NC General Contractor. Phil logged 18 years in the corporate business world before becoming a successful business owner himself. His early career took him on assignments to California, Texas, Tennessee and London, England.

Household Management, Phil’s current venture, started small in 2006 but grew quickly as word-of-mouth referrals spread. The company is licensed, bonded, and insured. Client references gladly provided.

Doing it green is a high priority for the company.


Erik Stalte is a Criminal Justice graduate from Temple University. He has US Army experience protecting the Secretary of Defense during foreign travel and an extensive background in military crime investigation work. He is also an experienced fire fighter.
